Privacy
Short version: there are no accounts, no forms, no third-party analytics and no advertising trackers on this site. It is a set of static pages. The parts that do involve data are listed below in full.
What we do not collect
- No registration, no accounts, no newsletter, no contact form.
- No third-party analytics scripts and no advertising or social trackers.
- No payment data of any kind. Deposits happen at operators, never here.
- No identity documents. If you email us one, we will delete it.
What your browser stores
One item, in session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. It records that a promotional panel has already been shown or dismissed, so you are not shown it twice in one visit. It contains no identifier and never leaves your device.
Session storage is not a cookie and is not readable by other sites. The cookies page covers the distinction.
Server logs
The web server keeps an ordinary access log: the time of a request, the page requested, the response status, the browser's user-agent string and the IP address the request came from. This is how the site is kept running and how abuse is diagnosed.
Those logs are not joined to anything, not sold, not shared with partners, and not used to build a profile. They are rotated and deleted on a short cycle.
Partner links
Partner buttons point at a redirect on this domain, which records the page and the button position so we know which parts of the site are useful, and then sends you to the operator. That record contains no identifier for you.
Once you arrive at the operator, you are on their site under their privacy policy, and they may set their own cookies and identifiers. We have no control over and no visibility into that, and their policy is the one that applies.
If you write to editor@pokiesharbour.com, we keep the message while we deal with it and delete it afterwards. We do not add the address to any list.
Fonts and files
Everything the pages need, including the typeface, is served from this domain. No fonts, scripts or images are loaded from a third-party content network, which means no third party sees your request for this page.
Your rights
Australian privacy law gives you rights of access and correction over personal information held about you. We hold almost none, but if you want to know what is in a log entry for your IP address, or to have it removed, write to us and we will do it.
Children
This site is for adults, eighteen and over, and nothing on it is directed at anyone younger. We do not knowingly hold information about minors.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. There is no version here that quietly expanded what we collect, because expanding it would mean building something we have deliberately not built.
